The EL detection system consists of 4 near-infrared cameras (high quality 0.4mm/pixel), while the appearance AOI detection system comprises another 8 visible light cameras (high quality 0.09mm/pixel). These cameras respectively capture EL infrared images and visible light images, ensuring comprehensive detection across both imaging spectra. By utilizing multi-station image acquisition and multi-camera image stitching, the system generates complete EL and visible images of the solar panel. This method guarantees high imaging quality and a small window feature for viewing detailed sections, which is essential for accurately identifying both EL defects and appearance defects on solar panels. The EL detection and AOI appearance detection of PV panels can function either as independent detection systems or be integrated into a single combined detection system, offering flexibility depending on the inspection needs.
